Dear Dr. Heller and the entire staff at the East Northport Animal Hospital,
The words "thank you" do not begin to express the gratitude we feel for all of you. You literally brought Swishy back from the dead. From the very first day you treated him as if he were yours. You showed him and our family so much love and compassion. Aside from a missing tail, Swishy is completely back to normal. He is adorable and playful again. Thank you for not giving up on him. You all gave him his life back!
With much love, The Mulry Family
Dr. Heller,
Before I thank you for the care you gave Rudy, there are a few things I'd like you to know. Rudy definitely lived a long, great life. Since he was a puppy, he never left my side. Whether it was car rides, boating or trips to Florida, Vermont, or to the top of Vail, Colorado, Rudy was always with me. In 2001 I was in a horrific motorcycle accident. It took me over a year to recover. Rudy was by my side the entire time. He was the one I leaned on for hours a day when I was upset. In the last 10 years I have had multiple surgeries and again he was always there to listen, comfort and support me. No one has any idea how much he really helped me and lifted my spirits. The dog you treated the last year wasn't just my pet, he was and always will be my son and angel. I can't thank you enough or express with words how much I appreciate the care you gave him. Even with his farting, coughing and sneezing all together you gave him the happiest, most enjoyable and comfortable life up to his last breathe. You will never know how many lives you actually touch through the animals that you treat. Thank you again!
Sincerely, Peter Marmorato
Dear Dr. Heller and Staff,
I want to thank you for staying late and saving my dog. It really means a lot to me. I don't know what I would do without her. I am sure Valentine thanks you too! Thank you so much again.
